A 60 minute Vinyasa class, perfect for challenging balance, strength, and flexibility. Vinyasa is about synchronizing breath and movement. In Flow, you are moving all the way though (while in Hot Yoga you are pausing between postures). Flow is a little different each time, according to what the instructor chooses to emphasize. Flow is your opportunity to explore new transitions, new movements, and new postures. You will leave with a new understanding of what your body is capable of. Suitable for all levels and warmed to 90 degrees.
